In the same way that a perfumer creates a fragrance, the whisky blender’s task is to combine a number of malt and grain whiskies in such a way that the resulting drink is more than the sum of its parts. Ambré was inspired by the authentic blend of whisky, giving birth to the first oriental note of its kind. It was all about capturing the long and lingering roundness of malt, blended with red apple fruits and resinous woods.
